Services
All of my clients have different initial fitness levels, and all have different goals, needs, and abilities. My goal is to help each client achieve specific fitness goals effectively, efficiently, and without injury. These fitness goals may include flexibility, core strength, muscular endurance, and cardiorespiratory efficiency. Ultimately, I want every client to reduce their overall body fat, increase lean muscle mass, improve strength and endurance as well as overall health and physical performance. Conquest Personal Fitness Training provides the proper environment so each client has the greatest chance to succeed. My job is to prepare you for this challenge by ensuring proper preparation and organization coupled with clear, focused communication. Our success will be defined by the ability to achieve whatever goals we have set for you.

Why hire
|
Rates
On average, personal trainers cost $40-$90 per hour nationwide (thumbtack.com) Location, length and number of the sessions, and type of session (group training or personal training) all affect the total cost of hiring a personal trainer to help you meet your fitness goals. I keep it simple for both you and me. I keep my overhead low, so my rates are low. I have two rates, individual and partner training (two people at one session.) The individual rate is $45/one hour session. The partner rate for two people training at the same session is $35/each per session. Which is right for you? It depends. Some clients want one-on-one individual focus and others feel more motivated with a friend or partner. Whichever approach you prefer, the goal is the same - hard work, dedication, commitment and the belief that you will reach your health and fitness goals.
